From my experience working on large-scale construction projects, BIM services have been invaluable in streamlining coordination and clash detection. Using tools like Revit and Navisworks, we can create accurate 3D models that integrate architectural, structural, and MEP systems. The clash detection feature identifies conflicts between elements, like pipes running through beams, early in the design phase, allowing us to resolve these issues before construction starts. This not only minimizes costly rework but also ensures that the project stays on schedule, ultimately saving both time and money. BIM’s ability to centralize all design data also improves collaboration among teams, making the entire process much more efficient. I would love to know about your insights on BIM services. Thank you!
