One of the main challenges I faced during my recent project was ensuring HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems don't conflict internally and with the building's structure. We deployed BIM modeling. BIM helped visualize all components in 3D. Helped us detect clashes and saved a lot of time as rework was reduced. I would like to know about how others tackle their MEP shop drawings issues. Your insights will be helpful for me and others in the future.
