at least you have to pay at least 700$ to have and learn v-ray.
however there are a variety software that can help to output renders such as: Lumion, Twinmotion, V-ray, D5 Render, Corona plugin(for 3D max), and ETC, to achieve that goal (realistic renders) you have to put your time in lesuire time to obtain that realistic output that you want. So you have to get more money to be update your knowledge to earn money.
