In my experience working on MEP coordination using BIM, Revit MEP has been the most efficient tool. It provides advanced parametric modeling and clash detection. It helped us to maintain interdisciplinary coordination in complex projects with tight spatial constraints. Another tool is AutoCAD MEP. Although I found it less intuitive when working with larger models. Bentley systems offers good capabilities in infrastructure projects. Overall, I feel Revit's adoption with other Autodesk products makes it my go-to choice.
