Five new additions have increased Bailey's BIM offering.
They boosted their BIM content library by five listings last month, and Bailey have made it two in a row in March!
Following the new flat roofing families that were added last week, new rainscreen cladding solutions have been added to Bailey's diverse array of products ranging from coping, downpipes, eaves, guttering and roofing.
All rainscreen sets are Autodesk Revit compatible and they are: Platinum, Prima, Summit, Synergy and Zenith. Each comes in a variety of metals or finishes (depending on the range) and all can be placed within a model in vertical or horizontal orientations.
The Platinum group also features three types of system within the one download - nifty!

Hello. When I tried to load the Bailey rainwater pipe family into my project, I got this message: "The shared parameter 'cacdf628-9730-46c0-a6ac-5eff3d91d575' cannot be added with name 'ExpectedLife' and type 'Integer' because it conflicts with the existing name 'ExpectedLife' and type 'Number'." Do you know how I resolve this? Thank you in anticipation.
