We’re heading Stateside to the inaugural summit being held in Washington, July 2015!

There have been some pretty big developments going on around bimstore HQ recently and today we want to share with you just one of the exciting things we have in the pipeline!

We are very pleased to announce that we are super proud sponsors of RTC’s Inaugural Building Content Summit being held on Wednesday 22nd July 2015 in Washington - in the great big US of A!

RTC (Revit Technology Conference) operate highly successful conferences and workshops in Australasia, North America and Europe, encouraging and facilitating the sharing of knowledge amongst the BIM industry. The newest addition to their portfolio, the Building Content Summit, is an event dedicated to improving BIM content. The mission for this event is simply to bring together passionate individuals representing designers, manufacturers and service providers that can lead discussions around content over the following years.

As ‘Gold’ sponsor of this one day event, bimstore will be sponsoring the Keynote Speaker session. This session launches the event with an inspirational presentation from a high-profile industry player. The speaker for this slot is currently still being confirmed but we’ll be sure to tell you more about this in the near future.

In their own words, the Building Content Summit is not just lectures about standards and formats, but a roundtable approach to rethinking the tools in our libraries. We’re really excited about attending and making the most of this rare opportunity to share opinions at this event wholly dedicated to improving BIM content for all.

If you want to find out more about the Building Content Summit, you can view the website HERE.

Our sponsorship of the RTC Building Content Summit is part of bimstore’s wider expansion into the US, but more on that is coming soon...watch this space!
