It’s a busy time here at bimstore – it feels like we’re launching a new manufacturer every other day at the moment but we’re not complaining! Busy keeps us out of trouble… Today we’re going to talk to you about one of the two new manufacturers we have live this week.
Interfuse are the manufacturer of precast masonry blocks and were established as a family run business back in 1965. Their Syston plant is one of the most modern in the UK, allowing the production of dense and lightweight blocks in a range of sizes, in solid, cellular and hollow format with standard and close textured finishes, distributed through Builder’s Merchants to Customers’ throughout the country.
There are five new listings for Revit BIM components live on bimstore this week as follows;
Foundation Units – Offers cost savings and high productivity compared to brick solid walling with one unit equalling twelve brick units.
Intercrete Masonry Units – Manufactured from natural aggregates, these high-density units offer excellent sound reduction and are available in solid, cellular and hollow forms.
Interlyte Ultra Masonry Units – Available in solid format, benefits of these units include low dry shrinkage and excellent key for plastering, rendering or dry lining.
Interlyte Masonry Units – A general purpose all round performance light to medium weight unit, manufactured from selected lightweight materials.
Optilyte Masonry Units - Manufactured with expanded clay lightweight aggregate. High insulating value and ultra-lightweight material.
