Now on bimstore: Bosch increase their BIM offering with PDT-compliant objects

More Bosch Commercial and Industrial Heating boiler content released today

It was only a couple of weeks ago that we first introduced Bosch Commercial and Industrial Heating as one of the latest manufacturers to join bimstore, the UK’s original BIM library. Today we’re showcasing Bosch again, with the addition of some great new content - six new listings have been uploaded today to bimstore today - but not only have Bosch increased their BIM offering, but we believe these are the first freely-distributed boiler BIM objects to be fully PDT-compliant!

If you want to know a little more, then the best place to learn about PDTs (product data templates) is the CIBSE website, who also offer this simple explanation;

“A PDT is a standard ‘questionnaire’ for each equipment type. Each PDT aims to anticipate the information sought by every party – from specification through operations to decommissioning and replacement”

These are also the first PDT-compliant objects to be listed here on bimstore and it goes without saying that we’re pretty excited about releasing these today, so let us tell you a little bit more about what you can now find listed.
