Bauderflex Green Warm Roof (Self Adhered)

Description

Bauderflex is suited to new build and refurbishment applications, and is robust enough to withstand foot traffic and most permanently sited plant. It can be used in warm, cold and inverted roof designs and also to overlay existing roofing materials. Our Bauderflex Roof System meets current UK Building Regulations Part B for external fire protection and features torch-free and safe to torch installation on combustible details.

This combination of vapour control and underlayer elastomeric membranes are self-adhesive, and incorporate reinforcement for durability. All Bauder specifications include membranes that are hot air welded within torch free zones to meet the industry best practice guidelines produced by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.

This BIM Object must be supported by a project specific specification from Bauder, incorporating system build-up, detail design and performance calculations if a full Bauder system warranty is required. Please contact your local Bauder Representative or technical@bauder.co.uk
