Bauderflex Inverted Roof (Torch Applied)

Bauderflex waterproofing system installed in an inverted roof construction comprising two layers of torch-applied bitumen waterproofing membranes suitable for new build and refurbishment applications, and used primarily on concrete decks. There is an option of using a root-resistant cap sheet for green roofs. The anchoring ballast should achieve a permanent minimum load to ensure the insulation is sufficiently anchored in high winds or heavy rainfall.

All Bauder specifications include membranes that are hot air welded within torch free zones to meet the industry best practice guidelines produced by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.
