Eco-Roof

Bailey Eco-Roof is one of the only entirely ‘green’ systems in the market place. Intensive, extensive and biodiverse planting coupled with Bailey Atlantic sustainable single ply waterproofing, creates a roof that is both environmentally responsible and beneficial.

Other solutions are available from Bailey’s comprehensive range of anti-root bituminous membranes; with either torch-on such as Bailey System 17000 or flame-free installation for example Bailey System 5000.

Bailey Eco-Roof can also be retrofitted to an existing roof or other waterproofing products that are not root proof, by simply laying a Bailey Eco-Roof Root Barrier Membrane.
