Intensive Green Roof System

A Bauder green roof combines the finished landscaping scheme, with all its components with a high quality and secure waterproofing system to give you the best results every time.

Hard landscaping is predominantly used within courtyard podiums and terraces. Having an intensive green roof with a mixture of soft and hard landscaping impacts on the design, construction, drainage, and components used to deliver the requirements of these different elements.

The plants used make a heavy demand on the green roof and will require maintenance, irrigation and management throughout the year to ensure the upkeep of the landscape and allow the vegetation to flourish.

This BIM Object must be supported by a project specific specification from Bauder, incorporating system build-up, detail design and performance calculations if a full Bauder system warranty is required. Please contact your local Bauder Representative or technical@bauder.co.uk
