• Water vapour permeability and moisture resistanceKerto-RIPA elements may contain thermal insulation in cavities. The construction resembles a timber frame construction whare any moisture possibly coming into the cavities is ventilated or will be removed by diffusion. In cases where resistance to fire is required, ventilation cavities may require fire stops according to separate design.
