LiquiDEK Cold Roof (Cold Applied)

The Bauder LiquiTEC cold roof system combines ease of application, fast cure and durability to provide a cold liquid applied waterproofing. Based on advanced polymer chemistry it is suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects and can be used with green roofs.

The PMMA resin is fast curing giving cost savings through quick installation times. All system elements are cold applied, and their formulation delivers roof resistance. The products are free of solvents, isocyanates and halogens.

This BIM Object must be supported by a project specific specification from Bauder, incorporating system build-up, detail design and performance calculations if a full Bauder system warranty is required. Please contact your local Bauder Representative or technical@bauder.co.uk
