Donaldson Timber Systems offers a range of pre-assembled structural floor cassette build ups, with decking and a variety of acoustic floating floor treatments, suitable for apartment projects or projects with, rooms for residential purposes classification.

Some floating floor treatments can be supplied and fitted as an optional extra, as a return visit after the building is watertight. Donaldson Timber Systems adopts RD Ltd compartment floor solutions, providing a wide range of options for differing project parameters. Options include:

1. Solid timber, I-beam and metal web joists

2. Varying floating floor make-ups

a. Acoustic timber battens, insulation and flooring

b. Cement particle board with acoustic matting

c. Wet screed systems

This download contains Revit components for the Donaldson Timber Systems concrete ground floor solutions. Content includes a number of variations including;

• 5no. floor type variations in total.

Complies with RD Ltd 60 minute fire rated.
