This component has been created as a “Line Based family”, once placed you can drag the component to desired length.

is there a way to adjust the length i.e shorten the end tile?
David Phillips on 05 August 2022
Hello, Is there a Centre cap available for this please?
Helen Wheatman on 18 January 2022
Hi Michael, once you have placed the verge tile on both ends of your roof you should select the right hand side verge tile, and under the family properties box there should be a LH tick box under the Construction heading, untick that. This will flip the family to run on the correct side, I have just tested this and it works on Revit 2019 – if you are still having issues please email info@bimstore.co and we will work to resolve this on Revit LT.

I work with Revit LT. The verge works fine on one side of a gable but cant place on the opposite side. The User guide states 'Once placed select the object and adjust the parameter ‘LH’ to adjust the orientation of the verge'. This parameter is not available and can therefore only place on one side.

I'm having the same issue as Greig, is there a handed version? The family cannot be mirrored?
Kenny Watson on 07 May 2019
Good Afternoon, As per Greig below, we too are having issues adding this to our roofing. Could you please offer some installation guidance?

Works great on one side of a roof but not the other. Unless Im using the family wrong. I've tried face and work plane based. Best Result so far is the dry verge the wrong way round
