Timber Ground Floors

Description

Donaldson Timber Systems provides a range of loose and pre-assembled structural floor cassettes suitable for domestic housing projects, without a compartment floor classification, for ground floor applications. Typically sloping sites or where the DPC level is well below the underside of the timber joist level.

Solutions include solid timber and I-beam joist formats, with a variety of loose joists & flooring options or closed and pre-insulated floor cassette options. Stewart Milne Timber Systems can provide advice to designers to assist the design development, where timber ground floors are being considered.
