Biobloc Plain suspended ceiling tiles are designed for application in healthcare settings, particularly in areas where the risk of infection ranges from average to severe. These ceiling tiles have a specialised coating that actively inhibits the growth of bacteria. Water-repellent, they can be disinfected via fogging as well as spray disinfectants in line with existing infection control protocols.

These tiles are designed to support health and wellbeing by seamlessly blending superior acoustic performance with high light reflectance. With a sound attenuation level of 35dB, these ceiling tiles can be specified in meeting and consultation rooms where a level of privacy is required.

• Effective against micro-organisms: Biobloc Acoustic complies with the NF S 90-351 (2013) microbiological classification M1 and the most onerous risk Zone 4. The ≤1 colony forming unit per m3 air M1 results were achieved in tests with:
