bimstore achieves Best Companies two-star accreditation

bimstore are delighted to achieve our Best Companies two-star accreditation, awarded in January 2022.

We use this framework to monitor the level of engagement across the team. It is essential our people are part of our growth and development, and they feel valued, and that bimstore is the best place for them to develop their careers.

Everyone across the business completes the survey annually, and we use the data to identify the areas where we perform well but, notably, areas where we can improve.

Our annual “Decade Dinner” was also in January, where we celebrate those who have been with the business for over ten years. We are proud that this group increases every year, with a large percentage of attendees having been with the business for more than 15 years.
