University Academy '92 (UA92) is the result of a collaboration between Lancaster University and the renowned former Manchester United players know as the Class of ’92. It is an educational institution delivering varied and flexible courses relating to sport, business, and media. The campus is situated between the iconic Old Trafford football stadium and Emirates Old Cricket Ground.

In a refurbishment project for the main foyer and circulation areas Crookes Walker Consulting Ltd. were appointed to undertake the mechanical and electrical design and were responsible for creating the lighting scheme.

The aim was to deliver a vibrant and modern environment within the main circulation areas with a special focus on the foyer as well as an area for students and staff to meet, work and socialise.
