Sigma® II Closed Panel Timber Frame External Walls

Closed panel solutions offer a higher level of prefabrication, reducing process, time and waste on site, whilst offering higher levels of assured performance. Our newest addition is the award winning, BBA certified and BOPAS Accredited Sigma® II Build System. This provides a range of external wall U-values from 0.25 – 0.10, as well as very low levels of air tightness and thermal bridging, demanded from a high performance fabric solution.

Our Sigma® II Build System provides a robust and effective solution to achieving high levels of fabric performance which is affordable, reliable and simple to install – a fit and forget approach. With excellent air tightness, thermal bridging and thermal transmittance performance, the Sigma® II Build System offers reduced material and labour costs by using conventional materials in a more innovative manner.
